Rinser
  • 4 rinsing nozzles with electromechanical turner;
  • Activation of the rinser through 2 presence sensors;

  • Exclusive glycol coil in the filling tank to keep the beer cold;
  • Electric tank height adjustment activated by IHM;
  • Worm thread for positioning bottles in filling valves;
  • Exclusive inspection lamps activated automatically at the time of filling;
  • Tank inspection display on the front, for better operator viewing;
  • All filling steps done automatically.

  • 1 Capping head with electromechanical drive;
  • Capping done using a cam driven by a gear motor;
  • Height adjustment for various types of bottles;
  • Vibrating lid classifier with sensor that stops when the chute is full;
  • Activation of the capper made by presence sensor, only works when bottles are present;
  • Servomotor-driven positioning star;
  • Stainless steel head AISI 304 with magnets for precise positioning of the lids;
  • Adjustment shaft made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304.
